Founded in 1977 by Luigi Di Folco, Louis Sebastian Contractor has over 45 consecutive years of experience in custom concrete and masonry construction, including brick, stone, stucco, driveways, walkways, patios, steps, retaining walls, and more. None of our work is sub-contracted. Therefore, you will always see the second generation owner of the company, Franco Di Folco, working with his team every day. We will only perform one project at a time until it is fully completed. We have been exclusively family owned & operated since the beginning, and we will continue to be for many years to come.
